The “Alpenland” – the down to earth part of our sauna complex
Fixtures and furnishings of the sauna complex
- “Holzknechtsauna“ = Finnish sauna. Lovingly crafted from old wood and with a temperature of 90° C and a medium air humidity of 10% this type of sauna is a classic
- "Schwitzstube" = a gentle sauna with a temperature of 55° C, a relatively high air humidity of 50% and with vitalising aromas and light therapy

In the“Alpenland“, a number of heated relaxing recliners and our two leafy intimate relaxing areas “Lauben” are housed. Here are also the showers including tropical rain shower and ice rain.
The refreshing plunge pool as well as the drinking fountain with fresh “Grander” enriched drinking water from our own natural spring invite you to linger and enjoy the Alpenhof's Sauna complex.
