Miscellaneous information
Our half board-plus includes:
- A sumptuous breakfast buffet
- Midday soup and afternoon cake
- Choice of menus and salad buffet at evening dinner
- All services offered by our bathing complex – a unique aquatic and adventure complex
- Free use of our new sauna complex (for adult guests only)
- All drinks from the “Vitamin Bar” and “Tea Oasis” free of charge

REDUCTIONS FOR CHILDREN IN PARENT’S ROOM
Children up to 2 years of age pay € 10.00 per day.
Children up to 3-6 years of age receive a reduction of 60% off the normal price.
Children up to 7-15 years of age receive a reduction of 40% off the normal price.
These reductions are valid for the rooms of the parents with at least 2 fully paying adults.
We offer special conditions in our weeks "Hits for Kids" and the "Easter Bunny Family Weeks".
PETS
Pets are allowed when they are house trained.
We charge, however, € 8.00 per day and regret that pets are not allowed in the restaurant or in the bathing complex.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
On the day of your arrival, your room is available from 14.00 onwards.
On the day of your departure, we request that you quit your room by 10.30.
PAYMENT
Payment is possible with us either in cash or with your EC card. For technical reasons we can only accept EC cards from A, D or NL. We do not accept credit cards such as VISA or Eurocard.

SMOKING IN THE RESTAURANT
Our restaurants are non-smoking areas. Smoking is permitted in the hotel bar. We request that you not smoke in your rooms but go onto the balcony to smoke.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
For cancellations, late arrival or early departure the Austrian Hotel Regulations apply. According to this, a cancellation is free of charge 30 days before arrival.
Except Early-Booking-Rates - here we charge a cancellation-fee of € 100,- (= your deposit)
Between 30 days and a week before arrival, 20 % of the total cost is payable and with cancellation after this time, the full price will be charged, minus variable costs. This would be 2/3 of the holiday price based on the half board tariff.
HOLIDAY CANCELLATION INSURANCE
We would be happy to effect holiday cancellation insurance for you or offer you any information you might require.
BOOKING PROCESS
We request that you book in writing – also via the contact form on this website. We always confirm every booking in writing. The booking is valid only after you have received our confirmation, this applies in particular for telephone bookings!
Alpenhof – quality does not have to be expensive.
